Thank you for shopping at My Store. Below are the terms, lead times, and carrier details that govern our fulfillment process.
1. Custom Handcrafted Production Times
All of our personalized gifts, custom jewelry, acrylic keepsakes, drinkware, and printed home decor are individually made-to-order. Each item passes through custom personalization, precision fabrication, quality inspection, and packaging before dispatch.
- Standard Production Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Peak Holiday Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas), production may require 3 to 5 business days.
2. Fulfillment Origin & Carriers
All items are crafted and dispatched directly from our primary fulfillment facility located in Florida, USA.
- Domestic USA Orders: Shipped via USPS (Standard) or FedEx (Priority). We deliver to residential addresses, domestic P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military bases.
- International Orders: Dispatched via international freight partners with door-to-door tracking, and delivered by your local national postal carrier (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.).
3. Estimated Delivery Times & Rates
Transit times apply after custom production is complete and your package is handed to the carrier:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Items entering international destinations may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because items enter personalized fabrication shortly after placement, changes to shipping addresses or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of ordering by emailing donaldmanieri@yahoo.com. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
